About us

We are a family-owned, service providing landlord, established in 1962. We own a small number of high quality properties in the "student community" of the Headingley/Hyde Park area within Leeds 6. As a full time landlord, living locally, we are able to provide a speedy and reliable response to matters important to you, the tenant.

We are proud to be members of Unipol's Code of Standards and during 2008 we have been re-catagorised to the highest level of Platinum Owner by Unipol. In September 2008 we won first prize in the Unipol Garden Competition for our gardens at Brudenell Road.

We are also members of the Leeds City Council Private Rented Housing Accreditation Scheme, the Leeds Property Association (LPA) and the Residential Landlords Association (RLA).

Our Commitment to Health and Safety

Recent legislation relating to "student" accommodation in the private rented sector has improved the Health, Safety and Financial standards of those landlords who choose to abide by these regulations. We have welcomed this change. Our houses now also include:
