"Just a quick note to say a big thank you for going to such lengths for all of us at number 2 Kelsall Road, in order to provide us with a decent place to live.
Whether it was coming to look at the boiler on a Sunday night, or renovating my bedroom twice, we all appreciated the hard work that you put in. The personal service you and your team deliver is fantastic, and it was always very reassuring to be able to contact you directly on your mobile, instead of having to call an office and being passed down the chain, which is usually the case with student property companies.
I'd also like to pass on the thanks from my parents, who were very impressed with the way in which you dealt with the problems that arose. My dad was very satisfied with the work that was completed.
I will recommend Lingard Bell to any of my friends, on the basis that you look after your tenants individually, instead of just seeing them as a means to the end of making money.
So, thanks again for all of the time and effort that you put into making sure that the problems we faced were solved, and good luck with the business in the future. I hope that you don't have any more flooded basements to deal with! We'll probably see you at the Royal Park at some point."
